Tarik is a Partner at Ziad Al-Sabbagh & Partners Law Firm, where he leads the Corporate & Commercial Department and oversees client relations. He has extensive experience in both local and foreign corporate and investment law. As part of the Corporate & Commercial team, Tarik specializes in company formation and registration, intellectual property, corporate structuring and insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, licensing, and various governmental proceedings. He also contributes to the firm’s litigation and arbitration cases.

Tarik has played a key role in securing major clients and handling high-stakes cases for the firm. His deep legal expertise across multiple sectors makes him well-equipped to advise and represent both local and multinational clients in complex legal matters.

He holds an LLB degree from the University of West London in the UK. Being trilingual in Arabic, English, and Russian, Tarik has significantly enhanced the firm’s communication with international clients.
